These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ppee and constitute a binding agreement between you and ppee. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.
Introduction
Welcome to ppee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") set out the rules and regulations that apply to your access to and use of the ppee online gaming platform, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available through ppee.ws. These Terms apply to all users of ppee, including visitors who access the platform without registering an account and registered players who deposit funds and place wagers.
By accessing ppee and using any part of our services, you acknowledge that you are of legal age as defined by these Terms, that you are not accessing ppee from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, and that you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use ppee. ppee reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility
Access to ppee and participation in any form of wagering or gaming activity on the platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. ppee reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Age Verification
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on ppee. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ppee may request valid identity documents to verify your date of birth at any time. Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, ppee will close the account immediately, withhold any winnings, and return the original deposit where funds can be verified as belonging to the minor's own payment source.

Jurisdictional Restrictions
ppee is intended for use by players accessing the platform from Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of ppee is lawful in your jurisdiction. ppee does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. If you access ppee from a restricted jurisdiction, any account, winnings, or balances may be subject to forfeiture.

Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one active ppee account. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals. If you believe a duplicate account exists under your name, contact ppee support immediately.
2. Account Registration and Management
To access the full range of ppee features — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus eligibility and participation in all game categories — you must register a personal ppee account. The following terms apply to the registration, maintenance and use of your ppee account.

Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppee username and password. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify ppee support immediately and change your password without delay. ppee will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.

KYC Verification
ppee applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with standard platform practice. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document — before processing a withdrawal or in response to a ppee compliance request. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account until verification is complete.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ppee are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds from your ppee account.

Accepted Payment Methods
ppee currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT. ppee does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees or limits, which are outside ppee's control. ppee reserves the right to add, suspend or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. ppee processes withdrawal requests promptly; actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. ppee reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

Fraudulent Transactions
Any attempt to deposit funds using fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. ppee reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where fraudulent payment activity is detected, to reverse any such deposits, to withhold any associated winnings, and to report the matter to relevant authorities. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all payment methods used on ppee are legitimately yours and are used with your authorisation.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
ppee offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, as well as the following general bonus policy. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this general policy, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.

Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded to your ppee account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and any game-specific contribution rates are stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

Bonus Abuse
ppee operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; exploiting loopholes in promotion mechanics; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine wagering intent; and colluding with other players to satisfy wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is identified, ppee reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all associated winnings, and permanently close the relevant accounts.

Promotion Validity
All ppee promotions have a defined validity period, stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds that are not used and wagering requirements that are not satisfied within the applicable validity period will expire automatically. ppee reserves the right to withdraw, modify or suspend any promotion at any time, including in cases of technical error, suspected abuse, or changes in applicable regulations.
5. Responsible Gaming and Account Closure
ppee is committed to supporting responsible gaming. All ppee accounts include access to responsible gaming tools including voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), session time reminders, temporary cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players wishing to self-exclude from ppee must contact ppee support to initiate the process. During a self-exclusion period, ppee will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account or accessing the platform.
Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting ppee support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses and bonus-derived funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method last used for a verified deposit. ppee strongly encourages any player who feels that their gambling is becoming problematic to utilise available responsible gaming tools or seek assistance from external support services.
6. Limitation of Liability and Amendments
ppee provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppee excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. ppee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including losses caused by technical failures, system outages, or events beyond ppee's reasonable control. ppee's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ppee reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ppee will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the registered email address on your account. Your continued use of ppee after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using ppee and may request account closure in accordance with Section 5 above. The version of these Terms published on ppee.ws at any given time is the binding version.
