For active accounts, personal data is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a defined period after account closure, as required by financial record-keeping and anti-money-laundering obligations applicable to online gaming platforms. Transaction records and KYC documentation may be retained for up to seven years following the closure of an account in accordance with standard financial compliance requirements. Anonymised and aggregated data derived from usage patterns may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be used to identify individual players.
